Service Description

This class is for anyone just starting out in fitness or for folks that attend Jackie's dance classes and want to perfect a move seen in class. A couple moves will be introduced at each class and pieced together at the end. NO DANCE OR FITNESS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
