Workouts are catered to basic fitness equipment & simple items you can find around the house.
There will be 2 HIIT videos, and strength videos that focus on upper body, lower body & full body. Core and “heart rate increasing” exercises will be sprinkled throughout the strength videos! Formats will include kickboxing, barre on top of your basic cardio & strength exercises.
