Strengthen your core and boost your cardio fitness with this dynamic TRX class!
Using TRX bands, you'll engage your body with suspension-based exercises that leverage your own weight for resistance, helping you build strength, stability, and balance.
This class combines cardio bursts with focused core work for a well-rounded workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels.

Shredcamp Express: Lower Body/Core (Virtual Option)
Register Here!Get ready to work up a sweat & build strength from core on down... all from the comforts of your home & using minimal equipment. This 30 minute class is perfect for all fitness levels & includes cardio & strength so you can get the best bang for your buck!
Option to join IN PERSON as well!
All classes are held on Zoom OR in-person.
Equipment used: 8-10lb. & 2-5lb. dumbbells, a loop band & mat
These classes will be recorded. You will have 48 hours to complete workout before it is deleted.
Once you have clicked on the link & entered the meeting ID, you will wait in the “waiting room” until I let you in. There will be no late entries.

This high-energy bootcamp fuses boxing drills with strength training to help you shred fat, build power, and boost endurance. Whether you're new to boxing or a seasoned pro, you'll be challenged with a dynamic mix of punches, combos, and conditioning exercises designed to deliver knockout results.
Come prepared to sweat, shred, and unleash your strength.
All fitness levels are welcome as low impact options are available.
*Boxing gloves ARE used in this class - SWS provides some to purchase or borrow.

Class will be held at St. Joseph Catholic School Gymnasium in downtown Waconia. Park in lot on corner of Pine/1st streets.

RegisterEnjoy the beautiful MN summer!
Join us as we paddle out to the Coney Island on Lake Waconia. On the island, we will hike/do a workout & paddle back.
Provide your own paddleboard ($20 for class) or rent a board through Never Bored Adventures ($35 for class/rental).
* A minimum of 5 particpants is required or class will be cancelled.
* In case of inclement weather, class will be rescheduled.
COMING THIS SUMMER! Shredcamp: TRX & Bleachers
RegisterThis challenging outdoor workout takes place at Bayview Park (101 N Walnut St, Waconia)! Please park in the Bayview park parking lot. We'll be using the stadium bleachers and TRX equipment for a dynamic full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio, and endurance work.
Weather Advisory: This class is weather-dependent. In case of rain or severe weather, class will be held at SWS Studio.

RegisterWelcome to Shredcamp: Circuits - an intense, full-body workout that combines strength training and cardio using outdoor equipment and bodyweight exercises. This dynamic class will challenge your endurance, build strength, and boost your metabolism.
Location: Alley behind SWS studio (moves indoors during inclement weather)
