At Shred with Shannon, our fitness classes are designed to energize, challenge, and inspire you. From high-intensity workouts to fun and unique classes, we offer something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. Our experienced instructors provide personalized attention to help you reach your goals while keeping each session engaging and enjoyable. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply have fun, our classes are here to help you achieve your best self!

  • Shredcamp: Circuits ( 45 min)

    Welcome to Shredcamp: Circuits!


    Shredcampers will repeat a series of full-body strength exercises with minimal rest - a longer rest/water break will be given before repeating exercises. 


    Class will occasionally include cardio kickboxing or barre (a few of Shannon's favorite classes to teach!)


    Monday/Wednesdays @ 5:30AM


    EQUIPMENT USED: dumbbells, kettlebells, loop bands, bodyweight, mats, gliding discs & pilates ball 


    This class is instructor-led with all participants following instructors lead. Modifications/advancements are always provided.

  • Shredcamp: Stations (45 min)

    Welcome to Shredcamp: Stations  


    Shredcampers will rotate through stations that provide a full-body workout using a variety of equipment.  


    This is a self-paced workout where shredcampers can work as hard as they want & rest when they need to. 


    Tuesdays @ 5:30AM


    EQUIPMENT USED: barbell/plates, TRX bands, sandball, medicine ball, Bosu ball, stability ball, dumbbells/kettlebells, bench & resistance bands.

  • Shredcamp: Boxing Bag Stations (45 min)

    Welcome to Shredcamp: Boxing Bag Stations  


    This class format is the same as Tuesdays stations class with the addition of boxing bags - please bring your own gloves (or borrow from SWS!)


    This is a self-paced workout where shredcampers can work as hard as they want & rest when they need to. 


    Thursdays @ 5:30AM


    EQUIPMENT USED: boxing bag/gloves, barbell/plates, TRX bands, sandball, medicine ball, Bosu ball, stability ball, dumbbells/kettlebells, bench & resistance bands.

  • Saturday Shredcamp (60 min)

    A “Shred” With Shannon twist on Bootcamp!  Anything goes in this class, BUT all levels are welcome to check it out! 


    Workout length is 35-40 minutes, with the remaining time spent warming up/cooling down & relaxing on the mat for a few moments before starting your weekend!

  • Upper Body/Core Burn (30 min) @ 8:15am

    Get ready to work up a sweat & build strength from core on up... either in person or virtually via ZOOM! 


    This 30 minute class is perfect for all fitness levels & includes cardio & strength so you can get the best bang for your buck!


    Tuesdays @ 8:15AM


    Equipment used (if joining virutally): 8-15lb. & 2-5lb. dumbbells, a loop band & mat. If equipment is not available to you, modifications can be provided.


    A minimum of 3 people is required for class to be held.


    *If you purchased a virtual-only drop-in, you will receive a link to join in your registration/purchase confirmation email

    *If classes are part of your package/membership, please contact the instructor if you'd like a virtual link, otherwise it will be assumed that you'll be joining in person.

  • Yoga Sculpt (30 min)

    Get ready to work up a sweat & build strength with a combination of yoga poses & strength training exercises... either in person or virtually via ZOOM! 


    This 30 minute class is perfect for all fitness levels & includes cardio & strength so you can get the best bang for your buck!


    Wednesday @ 8:15AM


    Equipment used (if joining virtually) A mat or towel  

    Optional: light dumbbells  


    If equipment is not available to you, modifications can be provided.


    A minimum of 3 people is required for class to be held.


    *If you purchased a virtual-only drop-in, you will receive a link to join in your registration/purchase confirmation email

    *If classes are part of your package/membership, please contact the instructor if you'd like a virtual link, otherwise it will be assumed that you'll be joining in person.

  • Lower Body/Core Burn (30 min) @ 8:15am

    This 30 minute class is perfect for all fitness levels & includes cardio & strength so you can get the best bang for your buck!


    Equipment used (if joining virutally): 8-15lb. & 2-5lb. dumbbells, a loop band & mat.  Sometimes a chair or ottoman will be used as well.  Modifications will be provided if above equipment is not available.


    Thursday @ 8:15am


    A minimum of 3 people is required for class to be held.

    Get ready to work up a sweat & build strength from core on down... all from the comforts of your home or SWS studio & using minimal equipment. This 30 minute class is perfect for all fitness levels & includes cardio & strength so you can get the best bang for your buck!


    Tuesdays @ 6:30AM


    Equipment used: 8-15lb. & 2-5lb. dumbbells, a loop band & mat.

     

    All classes are held on Zoom OR in-person.


    An email will be sent 5-10 minutes prior to class with a link & equipment required.


    These classes will be recorded & emailed out if you miss the live class.


    Option to join IN PERSON as well!
