SWS will be offering Small Group Training this summer as a more affordable option to 1:1 training. With Small Group Training (SGT for short!) you get the perks of 1:1 coaching at a fraction of the cost: accountability, expert programming, strength-focused sessions, and ongoing nutrition support. Groups are limited to 4 people, so it stays small and intimate, and I can still give clients focused coaching and attention.


Choose your monthly training package

  • 8 sessions/month
  • 12 sessions/month
  • 16 sessions/month


How it works:

You will make 3 monthly payments and receive:

  • Based on package chosen, 8–16 30-minute small group strength sessions per month (workouts are full-body focused)
  • Please note: Sessions do not rollover at the end of each month. If they are not used, they are lost. 
  • Recorded virtual workouts included so you don't miss a beat during vacations, weekends, or time at the cabin
  • Access to in-person classes - click here for schedule.
  • Progress tracking: weight + measurements will be taken at the beginning of the summer, and again at the start of July/August. A before/after photo will be taken & shared only with the client. 
  • Please note: all progress tracking tools can be opted out of.
  • A training notebook will be provided for trainer & participant to log progress after small group training/group fitness classes.
  • One 30-minute check-in + nutrition support call each month (3 total)
  • One initial consult call so we can get to know each other and set goals
  • A weekly Sunday check-in text with a tip, a motivational quote, and a healthy recipe to try. A link to register for sessions will be included in Sunday text.
  • A supportive community of women working toward healthier habits together
  • 1–2 scheduled walks a week - proposed walk times will be included in Sunday check-in
  • Childcare is optional for additional fee (kids will be with a responsible teenager at City Square Park)


Pricing

  • $99/month: 8 sessions/month (add-on childcare for $75 a month)
  • $149/month: 12 sessions/month (add-on childcare for $100 a month)
  • $199/month: 16 sessions/month (add-on childcare for $125 a month)


Training Times (classes are 30 minutes long)

  • Mon: 7:30 & 9:00 AM
  • Tues: 8:00 & 8:30 AM
  • Wed: 8:30 & 9:00 AM
  • Thur: 8:00 & 8:30 AM
  • Fri: 7:30 & 8:30 AM
