Infrared Sauna
Come try our new infrared sauna -- where relaxation meets rejuvenation in a uniquely soothing environment. Unlike traditional saunas, which heat the air around you, infrared saunas use infrared heaters to directly warm your body, providing a more gentle and comfortable experience.
The benefits of infrared saunas extend beyond mere relaxation. They are known to promote detoxification by helping the body eliminate toxins through sweat, improve circulation, and enhance cardiovascular health. Additionally, regular sessions in an infrared sauna may contribute to stress reduction, muscle relaxation, and even weight loss. Shred With Shannon is excited to offer a tranquil space for both physical and mental rejuvenation -- come try it out!
The infrared sauna will be transitioned to a new space around mid-May. Please allow a few weeks as we prepare a new space. Please check back frequently for availability.

Ten 20-minute sessions: $200
Ten 30-minute sessions: $275
Ten 40-minute sessions: $380
Unlimited 30-minute sessions: $315 per month
There will be a 20, 30 or 40 minute sauna session available to purchase by appointment only. A 1-time key code (unless you're a SWS client/member) will be emailed to you upon payment confirmation.
Please book your appointment at least 2 hours in advance. For last-minute drop-ins, please text 507-621-0225 or 507-301-1062 to check for availability. Schedule will be updated on a weekly basis. Please check back.
*Please park & enter through the back door (park behind The Hive/food shelf parking lot). Complimentary LMNT electrolyte powder available for post-sauna hydration.
