My fitness journey started when my son was born,  8 years ago. I was active up until the day I went into labor.  I knew my fitness routine would look different from that of a FT working person to that of a SAHM mom with a new baby. I became certified as a fitness instructor and taught classes where moms were able to bring their littles ones.  In a very short period of time it became my passion that moms realized that their kids were the reason, not the excuse.  In 2016, I became certified as a personal trainer. I started training at the community center where I was already teaching. Enter 2020 and a world-wide pandemic. I realized the world was going in a virtual direction and I wanted to be part of it. I started offering virtual training in June of 2020 and in-person training in January of 2021.  During the summer of 2021, I partnered with The Hive to provide the physical piece of the mind, body & soul healing that the Hive provides.  I've added a few instructors to assist me and together, we provide a wide variety of classes for ALL fitness levels to move their body.

​Hi, my name is Jenny! I became a certified group fitness instructor in 2018. After having my third baby, I took a little time off from teaching to adjust to having three kiddos and working two other part time jobs. For me, exercise is an integral part of my physical and mental health and I have always loved the motivation, accountability, and energy of exercise classes. I can't wait to start teaching classes again!

Jackie Boyer - Teaches SHiNE Dance Mix, SHiNE Dance Fitness Sculpt & Bridging to Fitness: Stretch & Restore

My name is Jackie, and I live in Minnetrista with my husband and two kids.  I have been dancing or teaching dance since I was 8 years old.  Almost 7 years ago, I discovered dance mix, this was the perfect find for me as it combined dance and fitness, which at 42, I wanted to focus on doing something that could keep me motivated and provide an active lifestyle.  My first class, I was hooked!!!  After 1 year of being a customer, I became certified to instruct this fabulous dance fitness craze!!!  We take dance fitness to a level that is sustainable and provides results to customers. I cannot wait to share this you!  It is my goal to provide you with a safe and effective workout, I love to lift you up, motivate and inspire you to be the best version of you!!!  I cannot wait to meet you and dance with you!!

I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I am married and a mother of 3: a singleton girl and fraternal twin boys. I love the practice of Yoga because it allows us to connect to our body, mind, and spirit in a curious, non-judgmental, non-striving, in-the-moment, on-purpose, real way.  I am passionate about how Yoga helps to develop equanimity, and can shine a light on how the brain and body work with regard to trauma, PTSD, depression, eating disorders, and deregulation
