Cardio Kickboxing

Looking for an exciting athletic experience? Kickboxing is a great option. Anything goes in this class! Using boxing bag/gloves*, we combine basic kickboxing moves with strength & cardio moves! No kickboxing experience required!


**During summer months (6/3 - 8/23), Cardio Kickboxing will be renamed: "Shredcamp: Sweat & Sculpt" and held outdoors. New class time: 8-8:45am.  Cardio Kickboxing will resume August 26th.

Box & Strength

A total body cardio & strength class - get your heart rate up with kickboxing combinations & burn maximum calories with strength training that will tone and strengthen your whole body. All levels welcome - low-impact options provided! Boxing bags/gloves* WILL be used in this class.

Barre Burn

Barre Burn is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target. High reps & low-impact movements challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles. No ballet experience required.

What IS Shredcamp?! 

It's a Bootcamp-style class with a Shred With Shannon twist on it! Anything goes in Shredcamp! Circuits, stations, and games, oh my! We use ALL the equipment including the very best one: our body! These classes are more advanced, however, modifications are provided & customers are encouraged to go at their own pace.

Summer Shredcamp in the Park

Welcome to Shredcamp in the Park – where fitness meets community and every Saturday is an opportunity to give back! Join us this summer for a unique fitness experience with a twist on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Saturdays of each month.


**1st Saturday - Bring-a-Friend** Kick off the month by bringing a friend for FREE! Double the energy, double the motivation – it's SWS's way of making fitness more fun and inclusive. June 1, July 6, August 3.


**3rd Saturday - Food for Fitness** On the 3rd Saturday, in lieu of payment, bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the local food shelf. Let's combine our passion for fitness with a commitment to community well-being. June 15, July 20.


**4th Saturday - Sweat for a Cause** SWS will donate 50% of the entrance fee directly to the local food shelf. Shred for yourself and support the community at the same time! June 22, July 27, August 24.


Every Saturday is a chance to make a positive impact. Get ready to shred, share, and support your community this summer!
