Aerial Fitness

Aerial Fitness fuses stretching style exercises, pilates based core moves, fun aerial challenges, strength training, balance and posture work, to help create new brain body connections. This is for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout to stay fit or for those to use it as a great body conditioning in addition to your weight or cardio workouts. 

 

Drop-in: $30

5 classes: $125

10 classes: $200

 

7 participants max | Intermediate level

 

Wednesday @ 9-10am, 45 minute class and ending with 15 minutes of floating meditations

Classes are offered Monday-Friday, including 2-3 Saturdays a month (7am: 10/2, 10/9 & 10/30). All  classes will be at the Hive, 37 East Main Street. Classes will be held outdoors as long as the weather allows! You can do drop-in, or buy a 10 class, 20 class or 30 class (& get a FREE tank) package. REGISTRATION REQUIRED!  I look forward to seeing you there and sweating together!

Punch pass good for all in-person group classes except aerial fitness.

CORE & MORE

Challenge your CORE with a mix of isolation, resistance & cardio exercises. You will build strength, stability and endurance in this 45 minute class.

DANCE MIX

a high intensity class with dance-based cardio and strength training for a calorie-crushing total body workout. You will get your "dance on" and strengthen your body to great music you know and love. Modifications are provided; all fitness levels welcome!

CARDIO HIIT

Using JUST your body, we will get your heart-rate up and down for a max calorie burn. Formats can include kickboxing, barre boxing, tabata, etc. Option to use light handweights or loop bands to increase the intensity. Modifications are provided; all fitness levels welcome!  These classes are streamed live on a private Facebook group for individuals to do at their leisure.

Kickboxing

A fun, stress-relieving class that combines cardio and resistance training. You will use all of your muscles to deliver quick boxing combinations and focus on your core to bring power to your punches and kicks. Option to use light dumbbells to up the ante. 

Zumba

There is no need to be a dancer or have "dance moves" in order to enjoy this full-body dance fitness class.  You will burn calories by moving your body to a variety of different music styles.

Barre

 A combination of yoga, pilates, ballet & strength, barre is a full-body toning class.  We will use small movements, isometric holds & high repetitions.  Meet us at the barre to feel the burn!

Aerial Fitness

Yoga Sculpt

A full body workout, toning all major muscle groups while bringing the heart rate up with flow style yoga.  Yoga Sculpt helps us to tone our bodies while regulating our nervous system.

Yin Yoga

focuses on your deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints. In Yin Yoga each pose is held for a longer period of time, creating deeper releases physically as well as mentally.  Yin Yoga helps us to connect to ourselves on a deeper level. 

Lower/Upper Body Strength

A short, but sweet express class that focuses primarily on the specific upper and lower body muscle groups.  These classes are streamed live on a private Facebook group for individuals to do at their leisure.  Minimal equipment is used, but the burn is felt.
